国际教育学院关于选拔优秀才艺作品参加“上新晚”的通知
为进一步丰富校园文化生活，展现国际教育学院留学生的多才多艺与青春风采，促进中外文化交流与融合，营造积极向上、格调高雅的学院氛围，学院决定即日起启动2025年“上新晚”晚会优秀才艺节目的选拔工作。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、活动主题：“融汇中外，艺彩上新”—— 展现国际化学子的独特魅力与创意才华
二、参与对象：国际教育学院全体在籍留学生。
三、节目要求：内容形式：积极健康，富有创意，能体现个人或团体特色及中外文化元素。形式不限，包括但不限于：声乐类：合唱、独唱、乐队表演等。 舞蹈类：民族舞、现代舞、街舞、国标舞、外国风情舞蹈等。器乐类：中外乐器独奏、合奏。 语言类：话剧、小品、相声、诗歌朗诵、多国语言配音秀等。特长类：武术、魔术、戏曲、时装秀等。其他：任何具有观赏性和创意性的表演形式。 表演时长：每个节目时长原则上控制在 3-6分钟，语言类节目可适当延长至8分钟。 参与方式：可以个人或团体名义报名。
四、选拔流程 报名阶段（即日起至 2025年11月14日）： 请有意向者认真填写《国际教育学院“上新晚”才艺节目报名表》（见附件），并交至各班班主任。
初选阶段（2025年11月15日 - 11月16日）： 学院将组织评审团对提交的报名材料进行初步筛选。
复选/彩排阶段（2025年11月17日，具体时间地点另行通知）： 通过初选的节目将参加现场复选与彩排，评审团将根据现场表现确定最终入围晚会节目单。
五、激励与支持 最终入选晚会的优秀节目，将获得由国际教育学院颁发的荣誉证书。 表现突出的个人或团体，将有机会被评为 “才艺新星” 等奖项。 学院将为入选节目提供必要的排练指导与场地支持。

Noticeon Selecting Outstanding Talent Works to Participate in the "New Year Party"
In order to further enrich campus cultural life, showcase the versatility and youthful charm of international students in the International Education College, promote cultural exchange and integration between China and foreign countries, and create a positive and elegant atmosphere in the college, the college has decided to launch the selection of excellent talent programs for the 2025 "New Evening Gala" from today. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Event Theme: "Integrating China and Foreign Countries, Creating New Artistic Colors" - Showcasing the Unique Charm and Creative Talent of International Chemistry
2、 Participants: All international students enrolled in the School of International Education.
3、 Program requirements: Content format: Positive and healthy, creative, able to reflect individual or group characteristics and cultural elements from both China and foreign countries. The form is not limited, including but not limited to: vocal music: choir, solo, band performance, etc. Dance categories: ethnic dance, modern dance, street dance, ballroom dance, foreign style dance, etc. Instrumental instruments: solo and ensemble performances of Chinese and foreign instruments. Language categories: drama, skits, cross-talk, poetry recitation, multilingual voice acting performances, etc. Specialty categories: martial arts, magic, opera, fashion shows, etc. Other: Any form of performance that is both entertaining and creative. Performance duration: The duration of each program is generally controlled at 3-6 minutes, and language programs can be appropriately extended to 8 minutes. Participation method: Individuals or groups can register in their own name.
4、 Selection process registration stage (from now until November 14, 2025): Interested parties are requested to carefully fill out the "International Education College 'New Evening' Talent Program Registration Form" (see attachment) and submit it to each class teacher.
Preliminary selection stage (November 15-16, 2025): The college will organize a judging panel to conduct a preliminary screening of the submitted application materials.
Selection/Rehearsal Stage (November 17, 2025, specific time and location to be notified separately): The selected programs will participate in on-site selection and rehearsal, and the judging panel will determine the final shortlisted program list based on their performance on site.
5、 The excellent program that inspires and supports the final selection of the evening party will receive an honorary certificate issued by the International Education Institute. Individuals or groups with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to be awarded awards such as "New Talent Star". The college will provide necessary rehearsal guidance and venue support for the selected programs.
